The role

Homez is looking for its Head of Real Estate-US to scale our units’ pipeline in the US.

As the Head of Real Estate, you will focus on building partnerships with landlords, developers, and property management companies across the US to support and ensure Homez’s market growth.  

In this role you will

  • Define the Partnership framework and market entry strategy for each targeted location.
  • Grow and Expand the US pipeline by building and nurturing relationships with developers and large-scale property owners. 
  • Communicate with landlords and real estate agents, negotiate terms and sign contracts according to Homez’s procedures.
  • Guide and work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process of new properties.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of real estate experience in the US market.
  • Strong and close relationships with property owners, developers, and property management companies.
  • Can-do approach, creative, and committed to improving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-starter focused on delivering results.
