The role
Homez is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead who has vast experience in building web-based applications (client + server). We are looking for someone who has the right mix of technical and leadership skills to help grow our development team.
In this role you will
- Guide the team through technical issues and challenges.
- Design the architecture of our future products and infrastructure.
- Define and implement web development practices, procedures, and tools to enhance quality and productivity.
- Develop APIs, UI, and tools used in the core of the company’s operation.
- Create a rich and engaging user experience.
- Optimize the applications to maximize performance.
Requirements
- +3 years experience in front-end development.
- +3 years experience in NodeJS\NestJS backend development of REST API services.
- +2 years of management experience.
- Proficiency in React.
- Experience in SQL DB such as PostgreSQL, etc.
- Experience designing and building a responsive and reactive web application.
- Experience working with NextJS - Advantage.
- Experience working with AWS - Advantage.
- Experience in a teamwork environment and eager to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in agile team environments.
