The role

As a Project Manager at Homez, you will be a key contributor responsible for overseeing the operation, support, and supply aspects of our New York site. Your primary focus will be managing the day-to-day operations, customer experience, and the successful deployment of new units. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can build and lead a strong local operations team, collaborate with vendors and suppliers.

Salary range: 80k/yr-100k/yr

In this role you will

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the New York site, including customer service and support.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to launch Homez's NY apartments within the defined timeframe and budget.
  • Recruit, develop, and establish a foundation for a high-performing local operations team.
  • Collaborate with key vendors, suppliers, and local brands to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of Homez's global playbook and strategy.


  • 3+ years of leadership and managerial experience.
  • High-growth environment and start-up experience, ideally with a background in launching, scaling, and operating in the US market.
  • Independent self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry - a must
