The role

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and streamline the daily operations of our apartments in Israel.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing various operational aspects to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

In this role you will

  • Lead, manage, and optimize daily operational activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our apartments and apartment buildings in multiple locations.
  • Supervise and mentor a diverse team of coordinators, field associates, and leads, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and growth.
  • Identify and implement operational best practices to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience, Real Estate, Sales, and other teams to ensure clear communications and streamlined workflows.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage service levels, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Develop and maintain quality control measures to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain property standards.
  • Monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational expenses.
  • Analyze and report operational trends and priorities regularly.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies, and industry standards across all operational activities.


  • Proven experience 3 years in operations management, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving performance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and resource optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels within the organization.
